Shree Balouddhar Secondary School

Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world

About Us

This academic institution was formally established on 27th Paush in 2018 B.S. It was established with the initiation of the social worker Late Shree Ram Karmacharya under the chairmanship of the then Head of the Village Committee (Pradhan Pancha) Late Devi Bahadur Thapa. Late Resham Bahadur Thapa, Shree Chhetra Bahadur Thapa and Shree Arjun Thapa were the members of the School Management Committee. It is known from the management committee members Shree Keshav Bahadur Thapa and Arjun Thapa that this historical institution was established in Jyalachiti of Panauti Municipality.

This institution was later shifted to Epatar, Panauti Municipality-4 due to less number of students in the previous area in 2033 B.S with the effort of the Social worker Ex-Army Major Shree Bhogendra Bahadur Kunwar.

The school got its license to run lower secondary level (Class one to eight) in 2056 and later it was upgraded to secondary level in 2065 B.S under the direction of Regional Educational Directives.

The school was running in a little space. After the upgradation to secondary level, the school was unable to manage the needed number of rooms for the school. At the mean time, the permanent resident of Lalitpur district Mr. Binod Sijapati, son of Mrs. Khem Kumari Sijapati, donated a semi-permanent five roomed building, which he had in Epatar, Panauti Municiaplity-3, on 13st Chaitra 2065. It was donated in memory of his Late father Mr. Ganga Bikram Sijapati and maternal grand-father Madan Man Singh Basnet. It has an area of seven aana (2394 sq. feet) and nearly cost twenty lakhs then. The school family is really grateful to him and his family.
